E. LANSING, MI -- Michigan State University’s Board of Trustees has voted to release thousands of documents related to the investigation into sexual abuse by former university doctor Larry Nassar, files the school withheld from the public for more than five years citing attorney-client privilege. The university “desires to cooperate and provide finality in the matter,” the Board said in a resolution read during Friday morning’s meeting by Trustee Dan Kelly.
