Police arrest two people seen driving stolen Vermont U-Haul in Rocky Hill

ROCKY HILL, CT (WFSB) - A stolen U-Haul out of Vermont was seen traveling on the Silas Deane Highway on Thursday morning. Police identified the driver as Victor Orfin, 30, of Burlington VT and the passenger as Miranda Mumley, 32, of Colchester, VT. The investigation revealed that Orfin and Mumley stole the U-Haul on Dec. 27 from South Burlington, VT.
