EU PRESENTS PLAN TO FIGHT CONFLICTS OF INTEREST: Brussels will today unveil its eagerly anticipated proposal for an “EU ethics body” — the plan has been in the works for years, but it has seen expectations upon it grow following the Qatargate corruption scandal.
