
The aircraft carrier USS Harry S. Truman and a merchant ship collided Wednesday while operating near Egypt’s Port Said, according to a Navy official. The Truman was operating in the vicinity of the port on the Mediterranean Sea at about 11:46 p.m. local time when it was involved in a collision with the merchant vessel Besiktas-M, said Cmdr.
