Late Thursday, Adtran said it has hired Timothy Santo as senior vice president of finance and chief financial officer of the Huntsville, Ala., provider of networking and communications solutions.

Santo, 48 years old, most recently served as finance chief of home goods retailer Conn's. He will receive an annual base salary of $460,000, Adtran said.
