Sex offender registers new Fargo address

FARGO — Brady Leroy Porter, a high-risk sex offender, has registered a new address at 1202 36th St. S. in Fargo.

Porter, 31, is 5-foot-8, weighs 200 pounds and has brown eyes and black hair.

In 2022, he was convicted of corruption of a minor in Cass County District Court. His victim was a 16-year-old girl.

The North Dakota Sex Offender Risk Assessment Committee determined Porter has a high risk of re-offending. He is a lifetime registrant.

Man cited for DUI after early morning motorcycle crash in West Fargo

WEST FARGO, N.D. (Valley News Live) - A Fargo man was cited for DUI after a early morning motorcycle crash in West Fargo Thursday.

The West Fargo Police Department says they responded shortly before 1:25 a.m. July 18, to the intersection of 32nd Avenue West and Sheyenne Street.

Police say when they arrived they found a single motorcycle had tipped over. No other vehicles were involved in the crash.

Officials say the driver 58-year-old Leroy Brackins suffered minor injuries he was also cited for DUI and DUI refusal.

Fargo softball team will be North Dakota's first-ever representative at Little League World Series Regional

FARGO, N.D. (Valley News Live) - Crews responded to the scene of a two-vehicle crash in North Fargo early Thursday morning.
