Virginia Gov. Glenn Youngkin (R) is delivering on his promise to prioritize public safety and uphold the rule of law. In a significant victory for the Trump administration’s agenda, Youngkin announced that the state’s newly established Homeland Security Task Force has arrested more than 500 criminal illegal immigrants, including over 130 with known gang affiliations. Just three months into President Donald Trump’s second presidency, states are already proving that strong leadership at the state level can still protect American communities.

Grayson Torrence’s journey to becoming the next American Idol has come to an end. The 21-year-old gymnastics instructor from New Kent was unable to secure enough viewer votes to earn a spot in the Top 20 following Sunday’s ā€œSongs of Faithā€ episode of the national singing competition. Torrence appeared in the episode’s opening number, singing backup with other contestants during a performance by judge Lionel Ritchie, but she did not advance to the next round. Still, Torrence, who made it to the show’s Top 24 out of more than 100...

A teaser released ahead of Sinners over the weekend, and now WB’s posted it online. The horror thriller stars Julia Garner as Justine, a schoolteacher who shows up to work and finds nearly all of her students are gone....

Too often managers have conversations with an individual about an issue but then have no documentation to back that up. In the alternative, a manager documents the issues (a/k/a ā€œpapers the fileā€) but the manager has not talked to the employee about them. In a case issued January 2025, the court reversed a lower court decision granting summary judgment for employer, Purem Novi, Inc., and sent the case to a jury regarding allegations of discrimination based on race and sex in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act...
