A Portland man on Tuesday pleaded not guilty to a murder charge in a St. John Street shooting that still has more questions than answers. Abdirahman Mahmoud, 36, is accused of killing 30-year-old Raoul Tshiyuka, whom police said they found shot early in the morning March 2.
