For a man with a reputation as a scourge of the woke, Bill Maher can be harsh on Republicans. Democratic politicians “are not really crazy, by and large,” he insists. “AOC is a little out there. Ilhan Omar, not my favorite. There are some people, like Cori Bush, but they’re still not nearly as crazy as the crazies on the right—Lauren Boebert, Marjorie Taylor Greene, people like that.” He sums up the worldview of those two GOP congresswomen as follows: “I don’t believe in democracy. I’m in a cult. I’ll do what Trump says. That’s the No.

Liberal comedian Bill Maher called Democratic leaders of sanctuary cities "hypocrites" for their reaction to the border crisis, during his "Club Random"podcast on Sunday.

Maher raised the immigration issue after guest and former TV anchor Katie Couric argued that class resentment and anti-elitism had led blue-collar workers to support former President Trump. Maher agreed but suggested that resentment was legitimate when it came to how Democratic leaders responded to the immigration crisis overwhelming border towns.

Longtime Democratic strategist James Carville mocked the far-left wing of the Democratic Party as "stupid" and "naive" while appearing on Bill Maher's "Club Random" podcast Sunday.

"I find the left to be just annoying," Carville told Maher. "The western far left is habitually the most stupid, naive people you can imagine. They come up with these really goofy constructs and it's all about feeling good about yourself."

Comedian and podcast host Bill Maher tore into body positivity culture during his latest episode of “Club Random” with The Smashing Pumpkins’ Billy Corgan.

Corgan was telling Maher a story of when he took his young son to a train museum and there was a “morbidly obese gentleman” on the train. Corgan said his young son then loudly asked, “why is he so fat?” And the man responded, “cause I like to eat, kid.”

That’s when Maher tore into the body positivity culture and obesity.

On Friday’s Real Time with Bill Maher, the host argued with his guest Daniel Bessner about race, crime, and poverty. Bessner is an International Studies professor at the University of Washington and a Contributing Editor at the socialist magazine Jacobin. (Full disclosure: He’s also a friend and occasional collaborator of mine.)

Russell Brand blasted leftist news network MSNBC for its “propagandist nut-crackery” in a searing rant Saturday, which has gone viral.

The popular podcaster was met with wild applause on “Real Time with Bill Maher” Saturday when he accused fellow guest John Heilemann, a political analyst for MSNBC and NBC, of hypocrisy for attacking rival outlets.

The red pilling of Bill Maher continues as the HBO host took a flamethrower to the woke Left again for the most obvious reason: their grotesque fixation with “presentism.” We have written about this ad nauseum regarding the Left’s incessant need to be on the right side of the arc of history and the illiberal lengths they will go to satisfy that position. The campaign against statutes and the names of buildings they found offensive is one of the clearest examples as if that will wash away history.
