Former White House coronavirus advisor Anthony Fauci doesn't believe the lab leak explanation of COVID-19's origins is a conspiracy theory. He admitted as much during a closed-door grilling session before the House Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic on Monday. Legislators did not release a transcript of his testimony, but Rep. Brad Wenstrup (R–Ohio), the chairman of the subcommittee, published some highlights on X (formerly Twitter).

On Tuesday, a Trump-appointed judge in Louisiana prohibited a three-page list of federal agencies and U.S. President Joe Biden's administration from working with social media companies to limit or censor "protected free speech" on their platforms.

In a case brought by the attorneys general of Missouri and Louisiana in 2022 against Biden and other members of his administration, Judge Terry A. Doughty ruled that officials had overstepped their constitutional remit by asking the online firms to suppress coronavirus vaccine "disinformation."

A federal judge issued an injunction Tuesday ruling that the Biden administration likely violated the First Amendment when it worked with social media companies to censor opposing views.

Calling the censorship ā€œOrwellian,ā€ Judge Terry A. Doughty of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Louisiana, stated that Republican attorneys general of Louisiana and Missouri ā€œhave produced evidence of a massive effort by Defendants, from the White House to federal agencies, to suppress speech based on its content,ā€ the Washington Post reported.

A federal judge in Louisiana on Tuesday restricted the Biden administration from communicating with social media platforms about broad swaths of content online, a ruling that could curtail efforts to combat false and misleading narratives about the coronavirus pandemic and other issues.

The order, which could have significant First Amendment implications, is a major development in a fierce legal fight over the boundaries and limits of speech online.

Information about Jamie Foxx's medical condition has been scarce, but some are now alleging that the actor has been left "paralyzed and blind" due to a COVID vaccine.

In early April, it was revealed that 55-year-old Foxx was hospitalized after an unspecified "medical complication." In May, his daughter Corinne Foxx confirmed he was out of the hospital and "recuperating," but the status of his health remains unknown.

With so much unknown about the Oscar winner's condition and the cause of his illness, many have speculated on the causes of this "complication."

A lab leak is the most likely culprit for the COVID-19 respiratory illness that devastated the world, the U.S. Energy Department reportedly concluded.

Leaning on new intelligence, the department, which oversees numerous United States labs and research centers, made a judgment in "low confidence" that a lab leak is the most likely origin of the pandemic, per a classified intelligence analysis shared with the White House and Congress, the Wall Street Journal reported.
