Four are dead after an overnight shooting in unincorporated northeast El Paso County, the El Paso County Sheriff's Office announced on Thursday. According to the EPCSO, the call came in for a shooting last night around 11:40 p.m. Responding deputies found a man with non-life-threatening injuries outside the 21000 block of Akawi Way. Deputies called for the Tactical Support Group that includes SWAT to enter the address. The Sheriff's Office says SWAT found four people dead inside, none of whom have yet been identified. Officials said just after midnight, law enforcement received reports of a shooting along Akawi Way, which is northeast of Peyton in a sparsely populated area.

It is unknown at this time how many people were involved in this incident. The office announced more information would be made available Thursday morning.
