Newsmax host Eric Bolling asked South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem whether her book editor could have been ā€œa liberal plantā€ intent on making her look bad after Noem received backlash over several passages from her new memoir. Reacting to the controversies surrounding Noem’s book – including an extract which detailed the governor’s decision to kill her 14-month-old dog Cricket after it proved ā€œless than worthlessā€ as a hunting animal – Bolling said: I’ve also written a couple of books and I know how the process works. You write some chapters,...

South Dakota Gov. Kristi Noem refused to say whether she actually met North Korean leader Kim Jong-un during a tense interview with Fox News host Jesse Watters on Monday. After Watters grilled Noem about the backlash she received for dragging her 14-month-old dog to a gravel pit and shooting it in the head, he added, ā€œThey’re also attacking you– I guess you said you met Kim Jong-un? Did you meet him?ā€ ā€œI’ve been to the [demilitarized zone]. I’ve been to North Korea,ā€ replied Noem. ā€œI don’t talk about my conversations...

Fox News appears to be taking Hunter Biden’s lawsuit threat quite seriously.

The network has quietly pulled down its six-part ā€œmock trialā€ series from its digital streaming service Fox Nation after lawyers for the presidential scion warned the network of their intention to sue for defamation.

Besides quietly taking down The Trial of Hunter Biden from its streamer, the network also deleted a promotional video promising Fox News viewers an ā€œinside lookā€ at the ā€œmock trial,ā€ which was presided over by former reality-TV star Judge Joe Brown.

Hunter Biden is pursing a different kind of cover-up.

Lawyers for the first son have demanded Fox News take down ā€œintimateā€ photos of the disgraced middle-aged presidential offspring or face a lawsuit.

In a letter dated April 23 and made public Monday, attorneys for the scandal-scarred Hunter, 54, accused Fox of making ā€œreprehensibleā€ use of ā€œsalaciousā€ and ā€œhackedā€ photos.

The younger Biden’s legal team took particular issue with ā€œThe Trial of Hunter Biden,ā€ a six-part series on the premium Fox Nation streaming service.

Lawyers for President Joe Biden’s son Hunter say they plan to sue Fox News ā€œimminently,ā€ according to a letter obtained by NewsNation.

ā€œFor the last five years, Fox News has relentlessly attacked Hunter Biden and made him a caricature in order to boost ratings and for its financial gain,ā€ his attorney, Mark Geragos, said in a statement. ā€œThe recent indictment of FBI informant (Alexander) Smirnov has exposed the conspiracy of disinformation that has been fueled by Fox, enabled by their paid agents and monetized by the Fox enterprise. We plan on holding them accountable.ā€

Hunter Biden is threatening to sue Fox News for defamation, exploitation of his image and publication of hacked photographs, according to a letter obtained by Axios that was sent to the news channel last week.

Why it matters: It's the latest salvo in the president's son's more aggressive legal and press strategy over the past year amid criminal charges and tabloid coverage, and first big move after navigating the impeachment inquiry into his father.

The president’s son is threatening to sue Fox News.

According to a report Monday in Axios, Hunter Biden sent a letter last week to the channel warning threatening of ā€œimminentā€ lawsuits charging defamation, exploitation of his image and publication of hacked photographs.

The letter, Axios reported, demands that Fox News hosts Sean Hannity, Jesse Watters and Maria Bartiromo preserve documentation, a standard step before libel lawsuits are filed.

In recent weeks, Fox News (Right bias) has adopted a unique name for those publicly protesting Israel’s military activities in Gaza — ā€œanti-Israel agitators.ā€

Headlines including this language were frequently featured at the top of the foxnews.com homepage, signaling that Fox News Digital was prioritizing these stories.

Fox News host Maria Bartiromo confronted House Speaker Mike Johnson, a Louisiana Republican, on Sunday on his change of heart when it came to a proposed amendment to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA).
