As families continue to grapple with the aftermath of Hurricane Helene, faith-based organizations are offering vital support, combining practical assistance with unwavering faith to bring hope and restoration.

'We Don't Want to Be Forgotten'

Democrats will hold some of North Carolina’s highest offices, including the governorship, come January. But these incoming lawmakers will be less powerful than their predecessors, after the Republican-dominated legislature stripped away several of their duties this week.

In the latest development in an ongoing lawsuit against a local developer and the City of Raleigh, a Wake County Superior Court judge ruled in favor of six homeowners in the Hayes Barton neighborhood.
