President Biden sought to steady his re-election campaign by talking with two Black radio hosts for interviews broadcast on Thursday, but he spoke haltingly at points during one interview and struggled to find the right phrase in the other, saying that he was proud to have been “the first Black woman to serve with a Black president.”

Another major newspaper is calling for a presidential candidate to leave the race, but it’s not President Joe Biden.

“The debate about the debate is misplaced. The only person who should withdraw from the race is (Donald) Trump,” the Philadelphia Inquirer’s editorial board wrote Saturday.

The Inquirer says, yes, Biden’s debate performance was a disaster.

George Norcross, who for decades had been a Democratic political kingmaker in New Jersey, was charged with racketeering in an indictment unsealed Monday.

Norcross’s brother, Phillip Norcross, and four other defendants also were charged in the 13-count, 111-page indictment filed by New Jersey Attorney General Matthew Platkin.

Six Russian nationals suspected to have terror ties to ISIS have been arrested in a coordinated sting operation spanning Los Angeles, New York and Philadelphia, The Post can exclusively reveal.

Two ICE sources confirmed to The Post they arrested the six people, who hail from Tajikistan, over the last week after the FBI contacted the agency to warn it.

Part of the investigation featured a wiretap which revealed one of the now-arrested individuals was talking about bombs, the sources said.

Young Black Americans in town for a popular Philadelphia music festival went on the record to voice their displeasure with President Biden.

The Washington Post reported Wednesday that it spoke to around thirty young Black voters at the "Roots Picnic" over the weekend, a popular music festival hosted by hip-hop group The Roots in the city. Most of the voters told the outlet don’t support Trump for president, but they also don’t want Biden.

A half-dozen University of Pennsylvania students were among 19 pro-Palestinian protesters arrested during an attempt to occupy a school building, university police said Saturday.

Their arrests came a week after authorities broke up an anti-Israel protest encampment on campus and arrested nine students — and as other colleges across the country, eager to prepare for commencement season, have either negotiated agreements with students or called in police to dismantle protest camps.

The Giants didn’t get quite the offensive eruption they were hoping the Denver altitude might provide, but they scratched across plenty of runs for their precocious southpaw. Kyle Harrison, the 22-year-old rookie, became the first Giant since Barry Zito in 2012 to toss at least seven shutout innings in Coors Field. Harrison struck out just two, but worked efficiently in seven scoreless frames. He gave up just six baserunners — two walks and four hits — and has now allowed just one earned run in his past 18 innings pitched....

Eagles director of scouting Brandon Hunt is scheduled to interview for the Patriots’ lead personnel position Wednesday, according to reports. • Patriots must comply with Rooney Rule in de facto general manager search • How Drake Maye can win the Patriots’ QB job by Week 1 Hunt is the first external candidate reported to have an interview with the team. The Patriots opened an official search for their new front-office leader this week, though there’s strong belief in league circles that current director of scouting Eliot Wolf will keep his...

But that wasn’t what brought him to Boston last week. He was here to spend three days with troubled young men who have been where he has been: behind bars or facing a future of incarceration. He is decades into a storied career in corporate America that has included running the Portland Trail Blazers and many years as a Nike executive overseeing the most successful sneaker brand in the history of the world, Air Jordans. Larry Miller — a soft-spoken, self-assured man in his 70s — doesn’t seem like someone...
