GLENDALE, AZ — Glendale police say a man is accused of shooting and killing his father during an argument Wednesday night. Officers were called to a home near 43rd and Northern avenues around 6:30 p.m. for reports of a domestic dispute. While officers were en route, they learned that the dispute had escalated to a shooting. A man was found at the home with multiple gunshot wounds and was later pronounced dead at a hospital. Police say the victim was visiting from out of town at the time and was...

APOPKA, Fla. (AP) — An 11-year-old who is accused of taking a gun from his mother’s vehicle and shooting two teens following an argument at football practice will remain in custody for three more weeks, a judge in Florida ruled Wednesday.

The child began sobbing after the judge ruled against a request for home detention, Orlando television stations reported. He is charged with one count of attempted second-degree murder.

CNN — Baltimore police are responding to an active shooter situation involving multiple victims at Morgan State University Tuesday night, the department confirmed to CNN.

There is a “preliminary report of four individuals shot” somewhere on the university grounds, Baltimore City Fire Department Director of Communications Kevin Cartwright told CNN. Both police and the university – a small HBCU in northeast Baltimore – have urged those on campus to shelter in place and avoid the area.

Ohio cops released bodycam footage Friday showing an officer fatally shooting a pregnant mom of two when the suspected shoplifter refused to leave her car and accelerated toward him.

The video shows that just before Ta’Kiya Young, 21, of Columbus was shot in her black sedan outside a Kroger in Blendon Township on Aug. 24, officers repeatedly barked for her to “get out of the car!”

When Young asked why she was being told to exit her vehicle, which was in a handicap spot, she was told, “They said you stole stuff, do not leave.”

Police in Ohio have released bodycam footage showing an officer fatally shooting a pregnant black woman.

Ta'Kiya Young, 21, died on 24 August when she was shot while in her car outside a Kroger grocery store in Blendon Township, a suburb of Columbus.

Footage shows officers attempting to question her for alleged shoplifting.

One officer standing in front of her car is seen in the video released on Friday firing directly towards her as she appears to drive in his direction.

Newly released police body camera footage shows an officer firing through the windshield of a pregnant woman’s car after she was accused of shoplifting at a grocery store in a Columbus, Ohio, suburb last week.

The woman, 21-year-old Ta’kiya Young – whose death her family called a “criminal act” and “gross misuse of power and authority” after seeing the footage – was later pronounced dead at a hospital.

The video shows a Blendon Township police officer approaching Young’s driver’s side window outside a Kroger in Westerville and repeatedly telling her to get out of the car.

News broke Monday afternoon of another school shooting. But in the coming days, as details emerge, expect the establishment media to forget about this progressively peculiar case. Already we've found that the alleged killer is a Wuhan-educated doctoral student accused of murdering a faculty member, his mentor, inside a campus lab.

Here's what we know, so far:

A University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill faculty member was fatally shot on campus on Monday afternoon, and a suspect is in custody, a school official said.

The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill issued an “all clear” on Monday afternoon, hours after police responded to an “armed and dangerous person on or near campus,” the university said.

The all clear alert came after police sent an alert to students telling them to shelter in place at about 1 p.m., later adding there was a suspect at large.
