Republican presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy is among millions urging the U.S. government to reveal its UAP, better known as UFO, knowledge.

“We deserve a government that stops lying to its people and just comes clean about what we know & what we don’t,” Ramaswamy wrote Wednesday in a post on X. “We CAN handle the TRUTH. And we deserve a government that gives it to us.”

It comes after Ramaswamy pushed for full disclosure and transparency of UFOs at a House Oversight Committee hearing on Wednesday.

Some UFO sightings by military personnel are “difficult to explain,” said Gen. Mark A. Milley, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, but the nation’s top general insists he has seen no evidence to back up public allegations that the Pentagon has recovered extraterrestrial beings or has engaged in decades of cover-ups to hide the truth from the American public.

A congressional hearing on alleged government encounters with UFOs has led both Democrats and Republicans to call for more transparency about unidentified anomalous phenomena.

United States Air Force veteran David Grusch testified to members of the House Oversight Committee in late July that "the U.S. government is operating with secrecy—above Congressional oversight" over Unidentified Aerial Phenomena.

Congress' UFO hearings have left many gripped, with the suggestion the U.S. government has knowledge of alien life and is in possession of a fully intact alien space craft.

Witnesses testified that the government had been aware of non-human activity since the 1930s during a session of the House Oversight Committee in late July.

On Wednesday, David Grusch, a former military intelligence officer, told a House Oversight subcommittee that all those stories you’ve read on the internet are true: The government has debris collected from crashed alien spacecraft. He also told the assembled lawmakers that federal retrieval teams have collected biological remains from alien bodies.

The aliens have landed. And they have a gavel!

That is as plausible a takeaway as any from this week’s House Oversight Committee hearing on unidentified anomalous phenomena, the curiosity formerly known as UFOs. The panel’s national security subcommittee brought in, as its star witness, one David Grusch, a former Defense Department intelligence official who now claims:
