ROCKY HILL — Police say a man and woman from Vermont were arrested Thursday after they were seen driving a stolen U-Haul.

Rocky Hill Police Sgt. Jeffrey Foss-Rugan said Victor Orfin, of Burlington, Vt., and Miranda Mumley, of Colchester, Vt., were arrested after patrol officers saw them driving a U-Haul on the Silas Deane Highway just before 9 a.m.

Vermont State Police say Tyler Brouillard, 25, of Bridport, was driving on Lake Street sometime Sunday night or Monday morning when he crossed the center line, went off the road and started rolling.
