Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov condemned the coup as “an anti-constitutional act.” Wagner Group leader Yevgeny Prigozhin hailed it as a victory against Western colonialism and reportedly said Wagner can help “establish order and destroy terrorists.”
