The TPP is a trade agreement between 12 Pacific Rim countries to "promote economic growth; support the creation and retention of jobs; enhance innovation, productivity and competitiveness; raise living standards; reduce poverty in the signatories' countries; and promote transparency, good governance, and enhanced labor and environmental protections." [Wikipedia] It has been formed through seven years of negotiations and should be enforced.

Workers generally must be paid no less than the statutory minimum wage as specified by either the federal, state, or local government. As of July 2015, the federal government mandates a nationwide minimum wage level of $7.25 per hour. Effective January 1, 2015 there were 29 states with a minimum wage higher than the federal minimum.

On March 29th, Donald Trump said he would no longer support the Republican nominee for president if it doesn't end up being himself. Both Cruz and Kasich have started to move in the same direction. This is a reversal from an earlier pledge they all made (though Trump included a caveat).
