An old, satirical photo about horses and cyclists being allowed to travel in the emergency lane of major highways in Britain has resurfaced on social media and is being shared as if it is a real policy change. The picture, which shows a three-lane British motorway with a horse painted in the far-left breakdown lane, has been shared more than 100 times on Facebook.
