REPLACING KEVIN MCCARTHY
Two Republicans - California Assembly member Vince Fong and Tulare County Sheriff Mike Boudreaux - will face off on Tuesday in a special election runoff to fill Republican former House Speaker Kevin McCarthy's seat.
