Gender-affirming hormone therapy not only improves the mental health of transgender, nonbinary, and gender-diverse people — it does so over the long term, according to a study published Monday in JAMA Network Open. The findings come at a time when gender-affirming care is under attack, especially for youth, but in some quarters for adults as well. And under an executive order from Donald Trump, the federal government no longer recognizes the existence of trans, nonbinary, and intersex people. ā€œIn the US, transgender, nonbinary, and gender diverse (TGD) adults have high...

Trans woman activist Dylan Mulvaney did a happy-go-lucky softball interview tour to promote the book Paper Doll: Notes from a Late Bloomer. The ā€œmainstreamā€ media are out of the mainstream on trans issues, and their extreme fawning and flattery only underlines it.

On CBS Mornings, correspondent Natalie Morales sounded like a supporter: ā€œWhat do you want people to see and know about you?ā€ Mulvaney said, ā€œI would ask them to please not make it harder for us…I am now realizing that this is life or death, you know, for a lot of people.ā€

is playing the long game. The former transportation secretary and 2020 presidential candidate has decided not to run for open U.S. Senate seat, which signals he has his eyes set on something bigger : the White House in 2028. Buttigieg, the first gay person confirmed to a cabinet position by the U.S. Senate, lives in Traverse City with his husband, , and their two children. But make no mistake—he’s not stepping away from . If anything, he’s setting the stage for his biggest campaign yet. The New York Times that...

Archimedes Banya will allow trans people at its monthly ladies-only and men-only nights, in a reversal of a recent policy that drew criticism and an investigation.

The full-nude Russian bathhouse in the Bayview announced the change Wednesday. The spa now asks attendees of its ā€œSpecial Women’s Nightā€ event ā€œto keep their genitals coveredā€ to respect the religious and cultural beliefs of women ā€œwho feel most comfortable in a space without visible genitals.ā€

The founder of a women-only gym has found herself at the center of a social media storm—with both critics and supporters—after she walked-back her initial plans to include trans-female clients.

Natalee Barnett, a 25-year-old fitness influencer from the U.K. with hundreds of thousands of followers across various platforms online, has been updating her "nataleebfitness" fans for years about her plan to open her own gym. She is currently preparing to open a venue in London called "The Girls Spot" catering specifically for women.

The Supreme Court on Monday agreed to weigh in on the constitutionality of Colorado’s ban on ā€œconversion therapyā€ – that is, the effort to ā€œconvertā€ someone’s sexual orientation or gender identity. That announcement came as part of a list of orders released on Monday morning from the justices’ private conference last week.

No motive has been released by the police in the alleged torture and murder of Sam Nordquist, a trans-identifying woman killed in New York in early February. There is, however, sufficient evidence to confirm the alleged murder was not a hate crime.

Despite this, media reports insist on forcing that narrative, as LGBT activists demand it and Democrat leaders validate it. The facts of the case are deeply disturbing, and the obsession with manufacturing an anti-trans hate crime story is making it worse.

California Gov. Gavin Newsom refuses to protect women’s sports just days after he claimed it was ā€œunfairā€ for men to play in women’s sports.

In a podcast featuring Turning Point founder Charlie Kirk, Newsom said men in women’s sports are ā€œunfairā€ but did not answer Kirk’s question as to whether men should be prohibited.

Newsom then suggested that there needs to be a way to balance fairness with the mental health of these young men, otherwise they might ā€œcommit suicide.ā€

ā€œThere’s also a humility and a grace...
