Planned Parenthood, which continues to receive the bulk of its taxpayer dollars through Medicaid reimbursements and the Title X Family Planning Program, has repeatedly failed to abide by mandatory reporting laws regarding child sexual abuse. Yet, both Medicaid and Title X require participants to comply with state and federal laws regarding the reporting of abuse. When legislation was proposed in 2015 to defund Planned Parenthood, the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) found that Planned Parenthood received approximately $450 million annually in just funds.

The money the health care organization receives through various government programs covers birth control, sexually transmitted infection testing, and cancer screenings, but archconservatives want to shut down the country’s largest abortion provider by excluding it from these programs.

Planned Parenthood, the biggest player in America’s abortion industry, is being accused of violating federal tax law by helping Kamala Harris and Tim Walz, the Democrat nominees in last year’s presidential race, in Florida. Fox News reports a complaint has been filed by the organization “40 Days for Life” with the Internal Revenue Service charging the abortion corporation provided office space to the Democrats. That would violate the restrictions to which the organization agreed for being given a tax-exempt status. “40 Days” is one of the nation’s leading pro-life organizations,...

Bredt had been in the high-profile role since July 2012, according to the Texas Tribune’s salary guide, which tracks the employment of state officials. Harrison and Cain posted a copy of Bredt’s CV, which showed that he...
