These little judges are out of control. Tuesday marked a hellacious day where judicial overreach was all the rage. The Department of Government Efficiency under Elon Musk was ordered to cease all operations on the curtailment of USAID, the slush fund Democrats and the political class used to provide their friends with exorbitant amounts of largesse. The judge alleges that Congress created USAID, but that's not accurate. President John F. Kennedy created the agency via executive order (via WaPo):

Another day, another judge handing another defeat to Elon Musk and his so-called Department of Government Efficiency.

U.S. District Judge Theodore Chuang released a 68-page decision in favor of unnamed current and former U.S. Agency for International Development employees and contractors who challenged Musk and DOGE’s efforts to illegally close down the department.

A federal judge has blocked the Trump administration from taking any further steps to shut down the US Agency for International Development (USAID).

In a ruling Tuesday, Judge Theodore Chuang said the efforts led by Trump ally Elon Musk's Department for Government Efficiency (Doge) to close the agency likely violated the US constitution "in multiple ways".

Chuang ordered Doge to restore access to USAID's computer and payment systems for employees, including those who were placed on leave.

A federal judge on Tuesday blocked the EPA from clawing back some $20 billion in climate money the Trump administration said was shoved out the door by a departing Biden administration.

U.S. District Judge Tanya S. Chutkan said the Environmental Protection Agency gave ā€œno legal justificationā€ for why it tried to reclaim the money or given the recipients of the money no chance to object or challenge the decision.

She issued a temporary restraining order against the EPA.

The Trump administration faces a midday deadline on Tuesday to provide details about plane loads of Venezuelans it deported despite a judge issuing a temporary ban on removing them.

U.S. Justice Department lawyers must by noon Eastern Time (1600 GMT) answer questions posed by U.S. District Judge James Boasberg surrounding the flights to El Salvador and regarding the proclamation that President Donald Trump issued to justify removing them from the country under a 1798 law.

Another day, another unelected activist judge playing constitutional hopscotch with America’s safety. This time, Judge James Boasberg, an Obama appointee (because, of course, he is), has decided that foreign gang members—yes, actual criminals with suspected ties to violent Venezuelan crime syndicates—deserve a golden parachute back into the U.S. after President Trump rightfully ordered them deported.

Attorney General Pam Bondi has been made aware of "thousands of documents" related to the investigation into Jeffrey Epstein that were previously not disclosed to her office, she said in a letter on Thursday.

Bondi has been urged by Republican lawmakers to disclose information about Epstein, the late financier and convicted sex offender who mingled with some of the world's most influential figures.

The Justice Department released a handful of files on notorious sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein to a hand-selected crop of right-wing social media influencers Thursday afternoon — with at least one recipient left underwhelmed by what the documents revealed.

A source who reviewed the files told The Post ahead of their release that they spanned more than 100 pages of the notorious pedophile’s address book, including a list of contacts without further context.

A group of conservative influencers left the White House on Thursday afternoon, all holding white binders emblazoned with the Department of Justice seal. Some of them held up the binders to the cameras, which showed that they were labeled ā€œThe Epstein Files: Phase 1.ā€
