Rep. James Comer (R-KY), chairman of the House Committee on Oversight and Accountability, issued a subpoena Wednesday to FBI Director Chris Wray for records that allegedly detail “an alleged criminal scheme involving then-Vice President Biden and a foreign national relating to the exchange of money for policy decisions.”

Details: According to a letter signed by Comer and Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA), addressed to Wray and Attorney General Merrick Garland, a whistleblower has alleged the FBI possesses an FD-1023 form containing information on the alleged scheme. According to The Hill (Center Bias), the FBI uses FD-1023 forms to “document information that the FBI obtains from sources or meetings with sources and can include unverified information.”

The American people need to know if President Biden sold out the United States of America to make money for himself.
