ProSiebenSat.1 Media extended Chief Executive Officer Bert Habets' contract for another three years to October 2028 as the company continues with a transformation plan. The German media company said Friday that the strategy put in place by Habets aims to strengthen the group's focus on its core business and its positioning in the DACH region, which includes Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Habets has been at the helm of the media group since November 2022.
