The New York Post’s Hunter Biden laptop exposé was no doubt the October surprise of the 2020 election, but thanks to big tech censorship, the intelligence community, and lapdog media outlets armed with influential fact-checkers, the Hunter Biden laptop saga was suppressed and didn't affect the election's outcome the way some polls suggest it could have.

Several days after Business Insider admitted they had published inaccurate numbers of state residents that moved to Florida during the COVID-19 pandemic, Washington Post columnist Jennifer Rubin cited them and used them in an attack piece about Gov. Ron DeSantis’, R-Fla., leadership of the state.

On April 15, one week after Matthew Kacsmaryk suspended approval of the abortion pill mifepristone, the Washington Post published what it framed as a scandalous story about the Texas judge.

When he got word of his impending nomination in April 2017, the Post claimed, Kacsmaryk, then the deputy general counsel of the religious freedom group First Liberty Institute, removed his name from an article he had allegedly drafted for the Texas Review of Law and Politics, substituting the names of two of his colleagues for his own byline.

We do the same for our guests. There is no sandbagging. If it’s going to be a debate, the guest knows ahead of time.

The problem is that much of the mainstream media doesn’t abide by those rules. In fact, some view sandbagging as a job requirement and hide their biases rather than admitting where they are coming from.

At various times in the fall of 2018, the Stasi media told the public that I had been Brett Kavanaugh’s wingman at a series of wild bacchanalian parties, bought and sold cocaine, and presided over no fewer than ten gang rapes.

As time went on the worst of these lies and distortions were exposed by conservative reporters doing the job that liberal editors at major publications should have done. Gradually the shabby methods of the Stasi media were exposed for all to see.

The Washington Post’s Glenn Kessler on Monday gave President Joe Biden a “bottomless Pinocchio” as part of a roundup of the president’s falsehoods.

Kessler said he decided to do a roundup of Biden’s misleading or false claims because “readers have asked for fact checks of a variety of recent Biden statements, but none of them seemed big enough for a stand-alone fact check.”

“We generally do not award Pinocchios for roundups like this — but for reasons that will become clear, we need to make an exception for the first one,” Kessler wrote.
